Joyce brings more than 30 years of industry experience, having worked with firms including Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Advisors. Throughout her career, she has developed a broad understanding of firm operations, client service processes, and technology systems. She particularly enjoys learning new procedures and working through challenges to help find solutions for clients.
She has received several professional recognitions, including an “Above and Beyond” award for supporting a team during an extended absence, as well as certifications in customer service, firm technology, and compliance practices. Joyce is also a notary public.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Joyce continues to live in the area with her family. She served six years in the United States Air Force Reserves as an environmental systems aircraft mechanic. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, exercising, decorating, and spending time with her son and two grandchildren. Family time often includes water parks, board games, football, and music.
